Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Dream Chat collects about you and how it is used. Using the service is also subject to our Terms of Service.

Dreams are personal, and often more revealing than people expect. We treat what you write here as sensitive by default: your conversations are private unless you choose to share one, and nobody reads them to build a profile of you.

What we collect

• Your account. The name and email address you sign up with, and a hashed password. We never store the password itself.
• Your conversations. The dreams you describe and the readings you receive, including any images you upload, any voice messages you record, and any images or songs generated for you.

How we use it

We use this information to generate your readings and remember your conversations. We do not sell your personal information, we do not use your dreams to advertise to you, and we do not use them to train AI models.

AI processing

To answer you, the messages, images, and audio in your conversation are sent to Google's Gemini models to generate a response. Google processes that content to provide the AI service under its own terms. The dream book the readings are grounded in is stored with Google's File Search service so it can be searched at the moment you ask; your own messages are not added to it.

Where your data is stored

Your account and conversations are stored in a database and file storage hosted on Cloudflare.

Sharing your conversations

Your conversations are private by default. A conversation only becomes readable by other people if you create a public share link for it, and only until you turn sharing off. A shared view shows the messages and the dream book passages behind each reading, never your cost, your account, or your other conversations. A voice message you recorded is never played back on a shared page.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and the data associated with it by contacting the Dream Chat team.

Age

Dream Chat is for people aged 16 and over.

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
